  1. Fees & Rewards

Trading Fees

Aura employs a straightforward and transparent trading fee structure to facilitate fair and efficient market activity.

Every trade executed on Aura incurs a consistent fee:

  • Trading Fee: 2.5% per trade

  • Currency: Fees are collected directly in Alephium

This minimal fee supports platform sustainability and rewards active participants.

Distribution to Creators and Treasury

The collected trading fees are distributed based on a tier-based structure:

  • Market Creators: Earn a fee share ranging from 1% to 30%, dependent on their $AURA vaulting tier.

  • Treasury: Receives the remainder of the fees collected, which supports ongoing platform maintenance, development, and growth initiatives.

Example:

If a Degenerate-tier creator sets up a market:

  • Total trading fees collected: 100 Alephium

  • Creator's share (30%): 30 Alephium

  • Treasury's share (70%): 70 Alephium

This structure incentivizes creators to achieve higher tiers, maximizing their earnings and supporting active market participation.
